Order Cancellations

Product orders can be canceled free of charge within three hours of placement. Once an order has shipped, we will no longer accept cancellations.

If you want to cancel the order of customized products, please contact customer service service@kidfacepainting.com first. Please confirm your order carefully when placing the order. Once you place an order, we will start producing products.

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and your shopping experience with us.

Order Processing

After ordering the product, we will allow 1-2 days to process the order. The shipping time for express delivery is determined by the courier company (about 10-20 days), and the shipping fee is at your own expense.

    Express Shipping

    You can return UNOPENED, NEW, and UNUSED items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Please be aware that the cost of a return post is yours.

    ALL returns or exchanges MUST BE AUTHORISED by Kid Face Painting prior to sending them back.

    Items must be in original packaging, unused and undamaged.   A refund will be made once the items are in our possession and have been checked.

    LOG in to your Account. GO to Resolution Centre and open a dispute.  We will be in contact as soon as possible to discuss the problem and resolve it quickly.

    If you received items damaged in transit, please take photos of the damage, including the packaging, and email us within 48 hours.  We will need images and details for insurance purposes.  We will be in touch as soon as possible to discuss replacement or refund.
